OMG!!!!!! $15,000 plus for free to live in Baltimore

Baltimore City’s Mayor Stephanie Rawling-Blake and Wells Fargo have joined forces to introduce a new home ownership incentive program that can save you thousands.  The two are working together to make home ownership a reality for 300 families.  The new program has kicked off to offer grants of $15,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance to EACH buyer who qualifies.  The grants are NOT restricted to first time buyers.

The program offers $4.5 million to help revitalize Baltimore.  Effective immediately there is $1,000,000 available in grants on the first come first serve bases. The remaining $3.5 million in grants will be made available to eligible home buyers in early April 2013 during the second phase of the program.
